Summary

We have received reports of “Something went wrong” errors occurring in Squadbase AI responses. This error does not occur on every response but happens intermittently. We are currently working on a fix. The root cause has been identified as errors occurring under specific conditions during LLM API calls. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Incident Details

  • Date/Time: February 12, 2026 ~

  • Impact: Users on all plans

Fix Status

We have completed identifying the root cause and a fix is currently in progress. We expect the issue to be resolved by the end of February 18, 2026.

The fix addresses the error that was occurring under specific conditions during LLM API calls. We have confirmed that responses are now returning as expected.

Workaround

For projects affected by this issue, we recommend restarting the editor.
